Nothin Exciting
I've been keeping to my schedule....up at 4am, grab coffee, talk some (*censored*)(*censored*)(*censored*)(*censored*) on social networking sites....then drill the indoor workout. Nothing too exciting there, a nice steady diet of 12 and 20 minute intervals. Power is coming....slower than I'd like of course, but I'm a sprinter...patience is not my best personal attribute.
Mentally I'm doing ok...I don't really have good days anymore...just try to get by. Having the workouts helps me to focus, gives me something to do and I set goals to meet. Looking forward to the back-end of the season when my form is really on again....we'll see
